Thursday, August 26th 5:30-8:00
Registration forms:
Due by Friday, September 10th!
Classes begin:
Friday, September 17th!

Phone, mail, email or at studio registration.
Dance Attire and Shoe Information:
All students need to wear leotards and tights,
black tap shoes for tap, pink ballet shoes for ballet,
footundies for lyrical, & jazz shoes for jazz.
Hair must be pulled back.
Dance Supplies are offered by Mamma Sue’s Dance Stuff!
